Stepstone provides manufacturing integration and project coordination services, including support relating to CNC machining, moulding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, assembly and quality assurance through its manufacturing network.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply only to the use of this website and its publicly available content, calculators, forms and resources.

They do not replace any quotation, purchase order, order confirmation, non-disclosure agreement, supply agreement, quality agreement or other project-specific contract entered into between Stepstone and a customer, supplier or business partner.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately agreed written contract, the separately agreed contract will govern the relevant project or transaction.

3. Website Information Is Not a Binding Offer

Website content is provided for general information about Stepstone, its capabilities and its manufacturing network. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commercial offer, quotation, order acceptance, engineering approval, warranty or commitment to manufacture or deliver any product.

Submitting an inquiry, request for quotation, drawing, specification or other information through the website does not create a contract or require Stepstone to accept a project.

A binding project commitment arises only when the applicable commercial and technical terms have been expressly accepted through an authorised written quotation, order confirmation or separate agreement.

4. Permitted Use

You may access and use this website for lawful personal or internal business purposes, including evaluating Stepstone’s services, contacting us and reviewing our engineering resources.

You may print or download reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, provided that you do not remove ownership notices, alter the content or use it in a misleading manner.

The material weight calculator, tolerance calculator, drive element calculator and other technical resources are provided for preliminary information and planning purposes only.

Results may depend on assumptions, entered values, material properties, standards, tolerances, rounding methods and operating conditions. Calculated values are estimates and may not reflect the requirements of a particular component, machine, application, safety system or production process.

Before relying on a result for design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, regulatory compliance or safety-related decisions, you must independently verify it with qualified engineering personnel and the applicable drawings, standards, manufacturer data and project specifications.

Use of these resources does not create an engineering consultancy relationship, certification or guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose.

Information submitted through our contact or quotation forms should be complete, current and accurate. Any quotation may be based on the drawings, quantities, tolerances, materials, standards, delivery requirements and other information supplied to us.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • website inquiries are non-binding;
  • prices, lead times and manufacturing availability are subject to confirmation;
  • changes to drawings, quantities, materials or specifications may require a revised quotation;
  • technical feasibility remains subject to engineering and manufacturing review; and
  • project-specific payment, delivery, inspection, acceptance and warranty terms will be stated separately.

8. Information and Files You Submit

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right and authority to submit any drawings, CAD files, specifications, photographs, company information or other material provided to Stepstone.

You must not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes another person’s intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or contractual rights.

Stepstone may use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, assess technical feasibility, prepare a quotation and, where agreed, administer the relevant project.

Submission through the website does not by itself create a non-disclosure agreement. If information requires special confidentiality protection, please contact us before submitting it so that appropriate arrangements can be considered.

These Terms and non-contractual matters arising from use of this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer, jurisdiction or conflict-of-law rules.

For disputes between merchants or public legal entities, and where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, Türkiye will have jurisdiction.
